Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain preferred, or
- 3+ years of experience in 3PL warehousing, transportation, and account/order management
Job Overview:
This role will manage and support the daily operations and logistics cycle for all customer orders, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with 3PL providers, Samsung entities, and customer clients
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as KPIs to ensure operational excellence
- Produce and distribute departmental reports to relevant stakeholders across the Supply Chain network
- Provide order status updates to various business units within the client
- Generate and analyze daily Open Order and Goods Issued reports to track shipping and in-transit statuses in the SAP system
- Resolve warehouse and carrier shipping errors
- Identify process improvements through attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Apply judgment within established policies and practices to select appropriate methods for obtaining solutions
- Support team projects and maintain effective communication with team members
- Provide ad hoc reporting and project management support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain preferred, or 3+ years of experience in 3PL warehousing, transportation, and account/order management
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate information and make recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening abilities
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and other formulas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SAP and TMS systems required
- In-depth understanding of logistics industry standards and best practices
- Strong time management, organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills
- Self-sufficient in completing tasks and solving problems with minimal supervision
- Excellent work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to travel as required
